Get excited Inside Out fans! While Disney does not yet have plans for a sequel, you don’t have to wait all that long to see the further adventures of young Riley, the film’s human protagonist.

Pixar will release the animated short Riley’s First Date as part of the forthcoming Inside Out digital release (and also its Blu-ray package), and a first clip has arrived online.

Taking place one year after the events of the film, the short finds our title middle schooler now 12 years old, settled in with her family in San Francisco and starting to attract the attention of boys. And not just any.. Remember the young boy at the end of the film whose emotions go bananas after Riley talks to him? He’s back and ready to take Riley out on her first date. Which, surprise, doesn’t go over too well with Riley’s parents.

In this clip you get to see some of the inner turmoil of just about everyone involved — from Riley’s mum trying to casually play detective, to Riley being mortified that her mother just used the term ‘fo sheezy’

Diane Lane and Kyle MacLachlan return to voice Riley’s mother and father in the clip, along with Kaitlyn Dias as Riley, as well as the core group of emotions inside her head: Joy (Amy Poehler), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling), Fear (Bill Hader) and Sadness (Phyllis Smith).

You’ll be able to pick up Inside Out on digital HD on October 13, followed by a physical release on Blu-ray on November 3.
